Returns and Refunds Policy – ​​Relax-Feet

EITHER  Right of withdrawal – 14 calendar days

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without needing to provide a reason within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

To exercise this right, the customer must communicate their decision to Relax-Feet by means of an unequivocal statement sent to our email address:

After receiving the request, we will confirm its receipt and provide the necessary instructions for making the return.

Product conditions

The item must be returned:

  • In its original state.
  • Unused, except for handling necessary to verify its nature, characteristics or functioning.  If there is manipulation that exceeds what is necessary, we can deduct a depreciation from the amount to be reimbursed.
  • Preferably with its original packaging and all its accessories.  You are responsible for ensuring the product arrives in good condition.  We recommend using a service with tracking and proper packaging; any decrease in value due to inadequate packaging during return transport may result in a depreciation deduction.

EITHER  Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

No returns will be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products made or customized according to customer specifications.
  • Items that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Sealed products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons whose seal has been removed.
  • Digital content not supplied on physical media when the client expressly consents to the start of the download or execution.

EITHER  Return process and costs

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer or to the address indicated on the package. After receiving the request, we will confirm receipt and provide the necessary instructions for making the return.

  • The customer will bear the direct costs of the return.
  • In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, Relax-Feet will assume the return costs.

EITHER  Refund

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, Relax-Feet will proceed to refund the amount paid, including standard shipping costs (if applicable) but not additional costs for urgent or special shipments, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the communication of the decision to withdraw.

Relax-Feet may withhold the refund until the product is received or until reliable proof of its return is provided, whichever comes first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

EITHER  Defective or incorrect products

If the product received is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, the customer must notify Relax-Feet immediately or within a reasonable timeframe. We will then proceed as follows:

  • The repair or replacement of the product,
  • Or a refund of the amount paid, at no additional cost to the customer, in accordance with applicable legal guarantees.

EITHER  Providing evidence in cases of defective or damaged products

To properly handle a claim for a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the customer must provide sufficient evidence of the problem, such as:

  • Photographs of the affected product.
  • Videos where the defect or issue is clearly visible.
  • Photographs of the outer and inner packaging in case of damage caused during transport.

If the information provided is not sufficient, Relax-Feet may request additional tests to properly assess the incident.
